All-Time March Madness I
In my first effort to determine the “best” college basketball team, I established a 64-team tournament, using Avalon Hill's March Madness game. The four #1 seeds were as follows: East - 1989 Duke; South - 1989 Seton Hall; Midwest - 1967 UCLA; West - 1976 Indiana.
